I had to get a new meter because i left my old one at school. and since it is now Christmas break… theres no one there to unlock the nurses office 🙁
I was looking for something cheap and had good features. and when i saw the TRUEresult, it looks like it fits the bill. Its no-coding; (most are, but its still a plus) Its fairly small; (a little bigger than the Onetouch Ultra) has about a 5 second test; (it varies between 4 and 10) has 7, 14, and 30 averages; test reminder alarms; (probably not going to use them, but you never know) and a cool strip-release button that flashes!!!
all for $24.95 for the meter and $39.99 for a box of 50 strips.
So i was just wondering, Has anyone used this meter yet? It isn’t one of the major brands, and I’ve only had for for a day, but so far I am liking it a lot. 🙂
