  • Choosing Online Business Tips Make The Newbie

Maybe this is a topic often discussed by internet marketing experts, but this paper is an idea of where I personally based on my personal experience that only a few months to try the online business world. I was moved to write about this topic because my concern with the increasingly widespread elements online business that provides high sounding promises that are often absurd. You’ll often come across sites that promise to generate hundreds of millions in a short time even in a matter of days. But the end-they just ujungngnya selling ebook or some kind of itu.Tidak surprised if many feel cheated.
Now, Therefore, this article may be used as reading material for those interested to start your online business. If you are interested in doing business online is a good idea to consider the following matters are:

    1. Choose a business that is not deceptive. This is very important because so many elements that are responsible not justify any means to get money! Do not until you become a victim! To check whether a site / business to fraud or not you can do the following things:

    a. Look at that site does have a clear address or not and if the available phone numbers
you can try to check it out.

    b. If the site displays the testimonials make sure the person who gave testimony has telfon number or email that can be reached.

c.You can join in the forum related and you can throw a topic about the business. If a business is usually fraud forum members will tell you.

    d. You can check the level of trust in www.mywot.com site. The higher level of trust from the site then your site is worthy of trust.

    2. Select Business Internet On Line is already Proven And Tested! Try where you choose? Join the business start-up 3 months or who have existed for 8 years? Of course you will be sure to join the business-2 is not it? A business that can survive, exist and grow over the years especially in the Internet business world shows that business really make money? If not, maybe he will shut down in the first few months!

    3. If you want to join an affiliate business, then my advice choose a business that member or members so much! Which do you choose? Join the business that its members could be counted on fingers or join a business that its members reach hundreds of thousands of people? Obviously you will choose the business-2 is not it? As the points above 2 .. If a business is followed by hundreds of thousands of people would not that mean the business is actually making money, really good and deserve to be followed! If businesses do not make money they will not be dong hundreds of thousands of people want to join? Makes sense right?

Consider a simple analogy like this: Product A is a product that sold well (best seller), its brand is well known by the public, has purchased millions of people because they will be quality products are good, affordable, and has existed for 10 years. Meanwhile, while product B is a slow-moving products not sold alias, perhaps because the quality of products that are less good and the price is too expensive, this new product stand 3 months. Where do you try choose? Product A or Product B?

    4. Choose a business that many recommended by experts in their fields! Yes …. You need expert advice from an expert in his field! You must be more confident and confident running / choose a business that is recommended by many experts.

5.Last but not least, you should be able to respond to an ad or a site intelligently. Use your common sense. Do not be lulled into a delusion to be a millionaire in one day. To Remember! There is no instant way to become rich. Everything needed processes. In addition to other factors, to learn, diligent, patient and willing to work hard is the key to success in business

So, hopefully useful to you. Good business. Good luck!

  • Youtu.be Gets Its Own URL Shortener

URL shorteners were thought to have lived their heyday earlier this year when every other startup was in the link shortening business. After a while though, it became clear that there was simply no space for all of them and with Bit.ly the unchallenged leader in the market things looked settled. Last week though, things changed dramatically as both Google and Facebook entered onto the scene with their own take on URL shorteners. And it’s not over yet, YouTube has also come up with its own shortener, and this one too is slightly different than the others.

“It’s all the rage: link shorteners to ensure that those useful URLs you’re sharing don’t take up too much precious character count while also giving you an inkling of what you’re about to click on. Well, we’ve just launched youtu.be as a shortener for YouTube video links — and nothing but YouTube links — so you can rest assured that when you see a link with this URL, you are indeed about to click on a YouTube video,” Vijay Karunamurthy, engineering manager at YouTube wrote.

YouTube made some interesting choices when implementing its own shortener compromising length for usefulness. The new shortened URLs aren’t exactly that short, certainly not compared to the standard Bit.ly not to mention J.mp. Apart from the custom address it uses, youtu.b… (read more)

  • New constructive concept enables high-precision dosing

The micro-dosing valve from the CATS GmbH & Co. KG integrates a completely new constructive concept. The solution consisting of dosing unit, step motor and control system is therefore able to dose various media with different viscosities and also with solids contents sequentially in a highly precise way (repeating accuracy almost 100 percent).

Also regarding the purity of the medium to be dosed the dosing valve denies no wishes. The medium is lead through a highly clean channel by plate cams so that the chemical properties of the medium to be dosed remain the same both in front of and also behind the valve. Because of the above-mentioned characteristics the valve can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly when it is installed. These features predestine the solution e. g. to be used in the pharmaceutical industry where the most different active substances must be dosed with a very high accuracy with a high demand for purity.

Continuous dosing e. g. of colour additions is also possible with this device. In addition the dosing quantity can be adjusted exactly and therefore varied in a highly precise way also in a running process according to the requirements.

The CATS micro-dosing valve is recommended to be used in the paper, pharmaceutical and chemicals industry as well as for the areas medical technology, automotive, mechanical engineering and laboratory technology.

  • What Is The Best Exercise For Losing Weight?

All health professionals agree that the most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to modify diet and exercise. Cardio intensive workouts burn the most calories and this is the best way to lose body fat.

Because exercise needs to be regular and somewhat consistent to yield results, it is best to choose an exercise that you enjoy or at least don’t hate. Generally it is best to mix up slow & steady workouts with high intensity workouts. Slow and steady workouts involve a duration of between 45 minutes and an hour; low intensity exercise; will burn fat rather than carbs; and are easier on your joints. High intensity workouts are 20 – 30 minutes in duration; involve interval training and ‘explosive’ movements (like sprinting); burn a lot of calories while also boosting your metabolism throughout the day.

The best cardio exercises to burn the most calories are: Bicycling, swimming, step aerobics, racquetball, rock climbing, cross-country skiing (outdoors or in the gym), running, elliptical trainers, rowing, and walking.. All of these activities will burn about 300 calories in 30 minutes apart from walking which will burn up to 180 calories in 30 minutes. The latter is obviously an excellent choice for those with joint or back problems who need a low impact way of burning calories.

Running is a popular choice because it is cheap: A good pair of running shoes will last 6 months to a year (if you run regularly) and there are no other fees to worry about. If you can, do a variety to keep you interested and work the most muscle groups.

  • US Declares Victory Again In WTO Fight Over US Content In China

Back in January, the WTO ruled against the US in an intellectual property dispute with China. Well, to be specific, there were three issues being discussed, and on the two important ones, the US lost. On the final, not particularly important one, the US won. But, as it has done before, the US took that and declared victory, leading to all sorts of headlines claiming that the US had “won” a trade dispute with China. So, when similar headlines showed up, again with the US claiming victory, it seemed worth exploring in more detail. You can read the full WTO report, where you’ll see how highly technical this specific argument was, and note that, indeed, the WTO basically upheld the earlier rulings, with minor (mostly meaningless) exception.

So, the US does get to declare “victory” on this particular issue, but it’s unlikely that China really cares. Also, it’s more than a bit ironic that the US suddenly acts like a WTO ruling like this is meaningful. It’s also striking to hear US Trade Rep Ron Kirk claim that “We expect China to respond promptly to these findings and bring its measures into compliance,” when the US itself continues to ignore similar WTO rulings against the US when it comes to online gambling in Antigua. For the US to act like the WTO rulings mean something, shouldn’t it need to live up to those rulings when it loses as well?

  • Do Robots Need A Section 230-Style Safe Harbor?

Forget Asimov’s three laws of robotics. These days, there are questions about what human laws robots may need to follow. Michael Scott points us to an interesting, if highly speculative, article questioning legal issues related to robots, questioning whether or not a new arena of law will need to be developed to handle liability when it comes to actions done by robots. There are certain questions concerning who would be liable? Those who built the robot? Those who programed it? Those who operated it? Others? The robot itself? While the article seems to go a little overboard at times (claiming that there’s a problem if teens program a robot to do something bad since teens are “judgment proof” due to a lack of money — which hardly stops liability on teens in other suits) it does make some important points.

Key among those is the point that if liability is too high for the companies doing the innovating in the US, it could lead to the industry developing elsewhere. As a parallel, the article brings up the Section 230 safe harbors of the CDA, which famously protect service providers from liability for actions by users — noting that this is part of why so many more internet businesses have been built in the US than elsewhere (there are other issues too, but such liability protections certainly help). So, what would a “section 230”-like liability safe harbor look like for robots?

    Article Tags: Christopher Booker

NEW DELHI: In grave charges against one of the world’s most visible climate warriors, Rajendra K Pachauri, chairman of UN’s Nobel-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, has been accused in a British newspaper report of misusing his position to amass a “fortune” through his links with “carbon trading” companies. Pachauri dismissed the charges as “a pack of lies”.

The ‘expose’ in The Telegraph of London claims that Pachauri has established an ‘‘astounding worldwide portfolio of business interests with bodies which have been investing billions of dollars in organizations dependent on the IPCC’s policy recommendations’’.

One of the report’s authors, Christopher Booker, is a well-known climate change sceptic.

Honda HSV-10 GT – Click above for high-res image

The Honda NSX might be gone, but it’s set to live on as the HSV-10 GT in Japan’s SuperGT championship.

Although we don’t have an official release or specs yet, we do have the image above and some preliminary details on the HSV-10 GT or Velocity Sports Honda. Built to the 2010 GT500 regulations, the new front/mid-engine racer from Honda is packing a 500+ hp, 3.4-liter V8 and sending power through the same Ricardo sequential manual gearbox fitted to the 2010 SuperGT cars from Nissan and Toyota. Underneath all that glorious carbon fiber is the same chassis Honda’s been working on (originally as an NSX replacement) for the last two years. The SuperGT season opener is scheduled for March 20 and 21 of 2010, but we expect more details and a host of high-res images to hit soon. Stay tuned…

  • Cocoa

Living out in the boonies in Canada I don’t have access to many of the low carb products available in the U.S., or even in larger population areas. My darling daughter-in-law found me some DaVinci’s syrup for my birthday. She had remembered me moaning in the summer about having to order it online if I wanted any and how expensive shipping would be. She even remembered the four kinds I thought I would like to try first! Since then I have been experimenting and really enjoying these syrups. This cocoa recipe I came up with may not sound great, but it is. Even my husband ( the donut eating butterhorn chomping chocolate chip cookie stuffing his face skinny non-diabetic) likes it.

Melt 2-3 tsps butter in a mug in the microwave-about 12 seconds
Stir in a scant 2 tsps. cocoa powder
Fill with hot water and return to mw for about 1 minute.
Add about 1 tblsp of whatever DaVinci syrup you like- I have tried caramel, vanilla and amaretto, all great

  • Poetry Review: God Loves Rich Kids By Robert Louis Henry

    Review By Randall Radic

For lack of a better term, I’d describe Robert Louis Henry (RLH) as a happy pessimist, full of a delighted despair, which emanates from his belief in God – a God whom he views as disinterested, and therefore doubtful – which is why RLH says he’s an agnostic nihilist.  This is evidence of great intellectual capacity.  For those who never doubt God do not believe in the Person of God, they only believe in the idea of God.

Robert Louis Henry’s theological system – agnostic nihilism – is a constant theme throughout his poems.  Many, if not all of his themes, are a cynical exploration of religious concepts:  death and suffering, life as a form of exile, the absoluteness of God, the denial of a workable faith, sin, the state of civilization, the tragicomedy of history.

Like an archaeologist he digs at these subjects with his favorite tool – cool, clear verse: poems, which carry vital truths.  Writing poetry this superb, while at the same time providing an easy intimacy, demands wisdom and talent.  Stylistically, the mode is extremely difficult.  It is equivalent to boiling down three pages of text into one passionate apostrophe.  Each single word hints and cajoles, and each sentence bares philosophic truth, even though the truth may be negative, and the reader may disagree.

RLH’s poems not only communicate, but they flow easily as they do.  It’s more like listening to music than reading, for the tune is melodious and the words sound good together.

Moreover, unlike in our faded times, where poets are cautioned against using adjectives willy-nilly because they are so loose and so distracting, like hookers standing in a doorway, waiting for their next dupe, RLH uses them conspicuously – literary flamboyance with an almost palpable energy.  He breaks all the rules and is better for it.

God loves rich kids is outstanding!

One of my favorites is ‘Exaggerations,’ which concludes thusly:

    “Near the lake there’s

    a restaurant that a

    professional wrestler

    bought for his mother,

    and it’s considered an attraction.

    but I’ve been there,

    It’s just seafood.”

Which to me says RLH went there, looking for the attraction, hoping for the attraction.  All he found was seafood.  In other words, is that all there is?

My other favorite is ‘A Loaded Deck,’ which is like looking into a holy kaleidoscope.  It’s about a deck of religious playing cards, which might be Catholic or Baptist.  He isn’t sure.

    “I’ve recently found

    the Jesus-Jacks

    and wonder what

    the other faces are.”

Robert Louis Henry is waiting to be stared down by God.  Snarling and growling, half-depressed, despairing at the absurdity of his very existence, nevertheless there’s a bouncy joy inside him.  A joy at simply being alive and able to wonder, doubt and philosophize.

RLH wants to be loved most of all.  And he wants God to do it.  It’s just that he doubts there is a God.  I suspect the joy within him he can’t hide is rooted in some secret guess that there is indeed a God – somewhere – who will eventually stare him down, crumbling all his despair.

Otherwise why would he write so beautifully of smoking off the same cigarette of a God who loves rich kids?

On the Read-O-Meter, which ranges from 1 star (bland) to 5 stars (zesty), God loves rich kids earns 5 stars.  Simply because it’s so darn good.

Robert Louis Henry lives, studies, and creates in Tennessee. His poetry appears in various electronic and print magazines including 3:AM, The Delinquent, and The Commonline Project. His songs can be heard in select living rooms and bedrooms. God loves rich kids and we smoke off the same cigarette (Bygawd Books 2010) is a 60 page poetry collection consisting of several mini-chapbooks. He’s currently working on a collection of multimedia pieces driven by prose.  You’ll find the author online at www.wesmokeoffthesamecigarette.info/robert-louis-henry.html

Last Thursday I was diagnosed with PCOS insulin resistant/pre-diabetic.

The Endo put me on Metformin. 500 mg said to start with one and every couple oh days add another and work up to 4 x a day.

I am SO sick. I;ve never gotten past one a day. Symptoms are major nausea occasional stomach cramps. I am very tired occasionally get light headed and feel faint as if my blood sugar is too low.

The Endo said nothing about diet. The pharmacist encouraged me to try a low glycemic diet. Said I might be able to avoid meds.

So, I don’t know if I’ve over done it on restricting carbs or if I am one of those who have a really tough time with met.

Thoughts? Any tricks for alleviating nausea?
