Stage 1 Clutch for Getz 1.3L

Hi guys

Am looking for Stage 1 Clutch upgrade for my 2005 Getz 1.3L

car has done 47k kms till now and am looking forward to change the clutch at 50k .

Which is the best gear box oil ?
