How To Make Chunky Granola Clusters
I have been making granola nearly every week, since my husband loves it and it makes great gifts for friends and family. What Can I Do With Leftover Mint Jelly? Good Questions
Q: I have been clearing out my fridge along with the Cure-ees and am perplexed by my jar of mint jelly. We roasted a beautiful leg of lamb at Christmas and made the Brit relatives very happy by having mint jelly for them, but what else can I do with it? We don’t eat a ton of meat but I would guess it would go well with things like ham or pork chops. Any other suggestions? It’s not a big jar but I don’t want it to go to waste!

Can You Help Me Find Attractive Serve & Store Containers? Good Questions
Q: I love to cook, and I usually like to serve my food in an attractive presentation, too. But I always have leftovers for lunch the next day, which means I have to transfer everything yet again to another dish. By the time I’m done with my cookware, my serving dish, and my Tupperware, I’ve made lots of dirty dishes, and that’s the dilemma. I hate wasting my time and resources with all of this transferring from bowl to bowl. I would love to find some stylish, attractive containers that can be used as both serving dishes and as air-tight/spill-proof storage containers for the fridge or to carry in my lunch. Any ideas from other cooks out there?
