Glad to see a forum on restaurants here. I love to eat at IHOP and just discovered they have a new healthier "just for me" menu. The veggie omelet was really good. Check it out!:)

Hello all,I am pre-diabetic and became proactive by starting a regular exercise program and asking to be put on metformin. Traveling abroad and trying to survive the holidays was a killer. i ate way too much sugar! This morning my FBS is down to 106. it is difficult to remember that diabetes never takes a holiday! I appreciate all the posts here and learning from everyone. Thanks for your support.:)
