I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted on DF but I just had my first 3 month checkup on Friday. The doctor just called with the results….
Back in September my a1C was 14.9. The doctor said it’s VERY high. I agreed.
On Friday morning I had my sugar levels checked again. This was also taken while I was sick with Asthmatic Bronchitis….
My current a1C is 6.1!! Not only that, My fbg’s have been under 100 since Thursday and consistently under 90 for 3 days now.
WOW! I feel great too! Now all I have to do is get back to the gym on a regular basis.
