In New Zealand
GOOD: Great services in the domestic routes with relatively new Bombardier Q300 50 seat airliners. Very reliable with lot’s of tech in terminals nuch as slef check ins even on domestic routes. Air New Zealand is very safe with very few crashes. Quite cheap and is much more convenient than driving or using the almost non existent rail network.
BAD: FOG. Can disrupt a lot of flights in almost any part of the country. Government and ANZ giving international airports to wrong cities (in my opinion though). Hardly any good competitors on the market with JetStar and Virgin Blue saying that they would go into domestic routes but so far that hasn’t happened. So, ANZ has a complete monopoly of domestic flight markets. Self check in has crashed a couple of times.
