Hi everyone, as a newly diagnoised diabetic, I am still learning about the different aspects of this disease. I am curious if any of you experienced a slow but sudden increase in your fasting GSL readlings after the 3-4 month mark? Mine have been steadily increasing in the past 30 days, and my daily average has climbed about 15 points. In this past week, I have seen a marked increase, even though there is no "reason" for such, no late night snacks, or splurging… I am wondering if my One Touch Ultra is affected by the cold, thus I may be getting some false highs…
My diet has not changed, nor have my meds, so I am thinking it must be an external issue. Anyone have any suggestions?
