So I just had new blood tests run (the first numbers were from Nov 13th) and I am so happy with the results. This is pretty much all from my efforts. I started taking 1 metformin a day as of November 30th.
Nov 14th A1C=8.4
Fasting Glucose=133
December 11th A1C=6.7
Fasting Glucose=95
I have been following a low carb diet and testing my blood sugars. I have also lost about 5 lbs :).
I am so proud of myself.
