Tallest chimnies in Bulgaria
The chimnies of the lignite fired power stations at Maritza are the tallest structures in Bulgaria. But are these the only 300m+ chimnies in Bulgaria? Or does other power plants in Bulgaria also have chimnies taller than 250 metres. If yes, which? -
Chimney-like telecommunication towers in Russia
Most telecommunication towers in Russia ( and other parts of former Soviet Union) are free-standing lattice towers. But there are also several chimney-like telecommunication towers ( I think most of them steel tube structures as that shown on http://static.panoramio.com/photos/o…l/26833776.jpg which is situated near Lesnoy at 56°05’18"N 37°55’51"E. Where else do such towers exist in Russia? I know from a similiar tower in Yekaterinburg, but there may exist further such towers. When were they built? Are they concrete or steel tube towers? -
Let us find out the tallest structure in Turkey
I believe that the tallest man-made structures in Turkey are the mast of Polatli longwave transmitter ( http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=39.756…4&z=16&l=5&m=b ) and that of Bafa VLF transmitter ( http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=37.411…7&z=15&l=5&m=b ), but there are no information on the height of them available. Perhaps one can find it out by using http://www.ans.dhmi.gov.tr/tr/AIP1/main.html . However a registration, which is obviously not online possible is required. -

As I kno, there is and was never a longwave broadcasting station in Spain although there are some frequiencies coordinated. Does this transmitter really exist or is this a fake! -

In Germany at several locations ( Bungsberg, Pfaffenberg, Waldenburg and Nottuln) for the introduction of digital TV new broadcasting towers were built. At which other sites in Poland new towers for digital TV broadcasting were built or are planned? How tall are they? Please post also pictures. -
