  • Sleep Study

Ok, had my first ever sleep study done SAt nite. I was fine during stages 1 and 2, the guy said only 7 events per hr. So they didn’t do the CPAP machine on me. Bam hit REM sleep and 30 mins into it I had 40, yup I said 40 hypoxic events. 🙁 so he thinks that after the docs look at the study they will prolly have me come in and do another sleep study using a CPAP machine all nite. well **** no wonder I am sooooooooo *****y all the time. Of course I don’t sleep on my back like I did last nite, I am a side sleeper, so its prolly not as bad at home. But at least now I know I am not crazy and imagining that I am sleeping badly.
  • ticker making

    so i created a ticker

    yay go me

I want to lose more weight than 27.8 lbs but figured I would work in small goals.

hmm wonders if i should use the docs scale or mine, its weird monday i went in it was 266lbs, went in today it was 259 and mine is 257.8. Apparently coughing is a form of exercise and causes you to lose weight.

ummmm i am trying to figure out why the strips cost more at medco than at the pharmacy (although i am enrolled in the freedom program and get $50 off each month, so still cheaper at target.

(current prescription) 28 days $49.36 3 months is 148.08 so umm how is medco cheaper Medco pharmacy: 90 days $186.70

um the 2 that i would consider (my strips and the BC) switching to mail order, neither one is cheaper through mail order. i swear medco is off their rocker. at least they can’t force target to charge me more than the target $4 or $8 price for certain drugs like my met
