Hello Fellow Diabetics..
I have had this disease (T2) for about 12 years. Currently I take 1000mg Metformin 2x and Glyburide 5mg x2. Today my Dr said my A1c was 8.5% 🙁 . Not good (it’s usually in the 6% area) He said I should 1) watch my diet, and 2) start Januvia.
I will try this med for 30 days and watch my dailies. I tried Byetta about a year ago but the nausea was way too much…plus the black and blue puncture sites. I am a 57 yr old male.
