  • Kevin Federline Playgirl Magazine Nude Centerfold

Don’t look now, but Kevin Federline’s naked body may soon grace the pages of Playgirl.

Now that the plumped-up K-Fed is shedding the pounds — thanks to an appearance on the upcoming season of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club — the father of four is considering showing off his new and improved bod Levi Johnston-style with a nude spread on the pages of the X-rated mag.

“Kevin has been approached,” a friend of Britney Spears’ former flame divulged to The Irish Star this week. “He’s lost a lot of weight but still not where he wants to be physically, so he’s not going to decide to pose or not until his body is perfect.”

Many of us, especially women, dread the thought of aging. The changes in our hair, skin and body allow for only one conclusion: gravity is a cruel and nasty thing. But here is another, though more subtle, sign of aging that sneaks up on you: the switch from being called ‘Miss’ one day to ‘Ma’am’ the next. It’s a change that leaves you wondering, “is it my clothes, my ‘air’ of responsibility or my darn crow’s feet?”

Generally, not aging well means you look older than expected for your age. It is also safe to say that if you do not appear to be aging well on the outside, your insides are not aging well, either. Ultimately, this affects not only the way you look, but your natural body processes like reproduction and elimination, as well as your risk for diseases like cancer, diabetes or heart disease.

10 steps to help you look and feel younger, after the jump…

  • Mika Salo Gets 600 Hp Supercharged Camaro

Camaro Motorsport just introduced a wide variety of performance parts for the new Camaro, which include a supercharger for the V8 engine. And what better way to advertise it then to deliver the first supercharged Camaro to a motorsport personality like ex-F1 driver, Mika Salo.

I’m a Camaro fan, I already own a classic ’69 Camaro with supercharger. That car delivers well over 1000 hp. With this new car, I have a modern car with ‘retro’ looks and stunning performance. A great … (read more)

  • Shipping containers recycled as a mobile Subway restaurant

Shipping containers are used to transport goods all over the world. These bulky and massive boxes made of steel usually go waste when unused. The Subway restaurant company came up with an idea that will help recycle these containers and also save the energy of construction workers rebuilding the World Trade Center in New York. And how is that possible? By building a subway restaurant in a shipping container that will be operated with a crane and lifted into the sky to cater to the needs of construction workers instead of having them use the elevator to ride down during lunch breaks, and back up after they finish. This will also help save time during lunch breaks. This Subway outlet is unique not only in its operation, but also its menu.

The regular Subway menu is available, with additions of hotdogs, hamburgers and pretzels! As the building is being built, the outlet will be lifted upwards. Recycled containers have probably never been put to such an ingenious use before.

  • Windows Mobile 7 on track (as of October 2009)

WMExperts forum member Interframe managed to extract some Windows Mobile 7 titbits from the 3 hours San Francisco Dev camp held by Microsoft in October this year.

He recorded this exchange around the 2 hour mark.:

Q: (roughly translated): "So Steve Ballmer went out and recently said "Windows Mobile 6.1 wasn’t what we wanted it to be, neither was 6.5", so with that in mind, when is 7 coming out?"
    …..
(The WM7 developer added to what the others from the WM team had to say about the question)
    …..
A: "I can give you a little inside information there Mike. I’m not gonna give you anymore than Loke gave you, but I can give you some context. My day job, is working on Windows Mobile 7. I own the calendar feature in fact. I had to try really really hard to convince my manager to let me come down here in San Fransisco and take a day off. All day long, working on 7, staying focused. Its on track.

The reason its been delayed and you haven’t heard much about it is cause we had to go back to the drawing board with our strategy. Change things a little bit to be more competitive when we come out the door, so were not laughed at. We wanna make the same kind of impact the Zune HD made, if you look at Engadget and the blogosphere, people were very impressed with the Zune HD in many ways except for the lack of an app store.

We wanna put out something that we’re all proud of, which is competitive on day one, we don’t wanna wait any longer."

    Other information extracted include:

    • There won’t be an OTA update feature in WM6.5 (which should be obvious at this point) but they are serious about it for WM7
    • Definitely no Zune phone, but they are most certainly aware of trying to emulate that success with their new OS
    • Better graphics support in the OS and for developers too

Interframe’s word-for-word transcript is available in WMExpert’s forums and the whole video is still on Ustream here.

  • Dwight Schrute ASCII Art

Do you love The Office on NBC? I certainly do. I remember the first season kind of sucked because they tried too hard to copy the British version. NBC tried to do the same thing with Coupling, and it failed miserably. When they decided to break from their British counter parts, and make it their own then it really started to shine!

Arguably the best character on the American version is Dwight Schrute. Dwight is such an over-the-top, arrogant, ass kisser, and we love him for it! If you are not familiar with Dwight, here is a brief description from Wikipedia:

[Dwight] is a physically imposing man at 6 feet 2 inches (1.88 m) with little sense of humor, a hunger for authority (however meager it may be), and a gullible nature that often makes him the target of pranks, primarily at the hands of Jim Halpert. Despite his severe naivety, he is very knowledgeable on a wide range of topics including bears, beets, and Battlestar Galactica.

If you remember correctly in the opener for the fall 2008 season, Pam showed us what she had been working on in Art school. It was an ASCII version of Dwight!

NBC has the PDF version available for download here: (Dwight Schrute ASCII Art Download)

Dwight has some great lines. If you are a Dwight fan, I want to hear your favorite Dwight quotes. Lets hear them in the comments!

  • You Could Not Make It Up: Sir Richard Branson: the airline owner on his new war by Rowena Mason, The Telegraph

Article Tags: You could not make it up

“Carbon is the enemy,” says Sir Richard Branson. “Let’s attack it in any possible way we can, or many people will die just like in any war.”

With a certain sense of irony, the billionaire part-owner of five airlines has just jetted into Copenhagen, battleground of the international climate change talks, to warn fellow business leaders, politicians and campaigners about this apocalyptic scenario.

Sir Richard, who is due to give a speech at an event on saving the rainforests, has no sooner sat down than launched into a diatribe against carbon dioxide, of which his Virgin Atlantic airline emits 4.8m tonnes per year.

  • Roll Fire, a movable fireplace that uses bio-ethanol

    movable_fireplace.jpg
If you are one of those fickle minded people who can’t decide where to construct the fireplace, or if you simply love ingenious designs, here’s something that will make you drool. The Roll Fire is basically a donut shaped fireplace powered using bio-ethanol. This circular design enables the fire burning in the middle to be rolled around your room. For those who cannot afford to build a fireplace in their homes due to lack of space, this bio-ethanol fireplace acts as a great
substitute. Designed and manufactured by Conmoto, the fireplace uses bio-ethanol, a renewable energy resource made out of sugarcane or potato and is similar to the type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages.

The Roll Fire also comes with a wall mount and a stand. The Roll Fire sure beats the use of common fireplace that burns up wood and emits those dreaded greenhouse gases.

  • NuSoma ( 150 Caps )

NuSoma ( 150 Caps ) NuSoma – As we age, the body releases less and less Growth Hormone (GH). GH is secreted by the pituitary gland located in the center of the brain and is the primary hormone responsible for maintaining physical and mental health through tissue repair, healing, cell replacement, bone strength, brain function, enzyme production, integrity of the hair, nails and skin.
To counteract the significant drop in GH production as we age, it’s essential that we look at ways to nutritionally support our body to naturally maximize its production of GH. Providing ingredients that act as releasing compounds appears to be the safest and best way to encourage your own body to produce and release its own hormones.
