I am getting up in the dark as opposed to waking up to early light.  My diet and exercise routines are pretty much the same and I&#8217;ve been adjusting my calorie intake to account for the reduced activity levels of winter to maintain (so far successfully) my weight.  <\/p>\n<p>So my question is: has anyone else had a similar experience?<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Everyone!
