{"id":111245,"date":"2009-12-29T11:35:48","date_gmt":"2009-12-29T16:35:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stoth.com\/2009\/12\/29\/t-mobile-makes-internal-mention-of-nexus-one-sort-of-for-early-january-release\/"},"modified":"2009-12-29T11:35:48","modified_gmt":"2009-12-29T16:35:48","slug":"t-mobile-makes-internal-mention-of-nexus-one-sort-of-for-%e2%80%98early-january%e2%80%99-release","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/111245","title":{"rendered":"T-Mobile makes internal mention of Nexus One (sort of) for \u2018early January\u2019 release"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmonews.com\/2009\/12\/t-mobile-officially-confirms-google-phone\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"1\" hspace=\"4\" vspace=\"4\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.blogcdn.com\/www.engadget.com\/media\/2009\/12\/t-mobile-google-phone-internal-tmonews.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>It manages to never actually call out the device by name, but T-Mobile&#8217;s thrown up some internal verbiage mentioning that &#8220;Google&#8230; is scheduled to launch a new Android device in early January.&#8221; That would line up with information we&#8217;d previously received reporting to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2009\/12\/23\/exclusive-nexus-one-full-specs-detailed-invite-only-retail-sal\/\">some sort of January 5 launch<\/a>, and we can only assume they&#8217;re talking about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/tag\/NexusOne\/\">Nexus One<\/a> here &#8212; though the name could still change by the time this hits retail channels. Interestingly, T-Mobile calls out that Google and HTC will be directly responsible for support on the handset, bypassing T-Mobile for everything other than wireless service &#8212; the great &#8220;dumb pipe&#8221; dream, realized.
