\n\tA fantastic first-party lineup gives the PS3 a great start for 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n
By 1UP Staff<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n Sony had a pretty rocking 2009 with games like Killzone 2<\/a>, Uncharted 2<\/a>, and inFamous<\/a>, and 2010 already looks like another great year for first-party and\/or exclusive PS3 titles. Anyone who complains that the PS3 doesn’t have enough games to justify its existence needs only to look at God of War 3, Heavy Rain, The Last Guardian, Gran Turismo 5, and even 3D Dot Game Heroes to see the error of their ways. We haven’t even touched on what possible surprises Sony and its friends might reveal later at E3 or somesuch. And again, if this list could be a little bigger, then we’d fit in games like Red Dead Redemption<\/a>, Mafia II<\/a>, and MAG<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Dev: Square Enix | Pub: Square Enix <\/p>\n Currently locked in mortal combat with Mass Effect 2<\/a> for the title of “Biggest RPG of 2010,” the thirteenth numbered Final Fantasy<\/a> looks very much like a return to the fan-favorite elements found in FFVII<\/a> and FFX<\/a>: Beautiful people with fashionable clothes engaged in a melodramatic story and lots of turn-based menu-driven combat. Even gamers who are growing a little weary of the Final Fantasy style are interested, just because the whole thing is so pretty<\/em>.
