If you do, you&#8217;re among many, many others who do. Maybe the question should be: Do you <strong>KEEP<\/strong> your New Year&#8217;s resolutions? If yes, you&#8217;re among a very small group of people.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-137655\" src=\"http:\/\/images1.blisstree.com\/files\/2009\/12\/iStock_womenGym.jpg\" alt=\"iStock_womenGym\" width=\"200\" height=\"132\" \/>Resolutions often focus on health. For some reason, we think more about getting healthy as a year draws to a close than any other time of year, except possibly when it&#8217;s bathing suit shopping time.
