State lottery advertisements will get $11 million, and we will pay $800 million for light-rail art in Seattle. Are you happy about the $145 thousand we will spend rescuing derelict crab pots?<\/p>\n<p>Several billion dollars in expenses of this nature are in the current state budget, and it\u2019s all our money.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2014 John F.
