I find it very hard to fathom that a company<br \/>\nthe size of HD would not know of the destructive<br \/>\nnature this type of schedule plays on their own<br \/>\nproductivity &#8211; meaning that their own managers are<br \/>\nalways sleep deprived and not thinking with their most<br \/>\nproductive minds. Not to mention the stress they have<br \/>\nto deal with when trying to sleep during the day when<br \/>\ntheir spouses and children are home. Have you ever<br \/>\ntried to keep a 4 month old from crying because you<br \/>\ndidn&#8217;t want to wake your spouse up? My question is<br \/>\nthis, &#8220;Can Home Depot use it&#8217;s human resourses<br \/>\nappropriately by hiring a single &#8220;night-time&#8221; manager<br \/>\nto work the overnight shifts?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Please post this as an open forum for any response<br \/>\nfrom other spouses, and even experts in the medical<br \/>\nand psychological fields that can provide empirical<br \/>\nproof that this type of schedule is destructive to the<br \/>\nhuman condition. Fuck the bottom line of Home<br \/>\nDepot!!!
