BCBS\/NC refused to pay for it stating that it was experimental and therefore not medically necessary:eek: . I was livid but paid the entire $180 out of pocket to my Endo. Well, he&#8217;s wanting to do another one (this time for 4 days). My endo&#8217;s office ran it through BCBS, expecting the claim to be denied. Well, they agreed to cover it this time.
