Not giving the blueberries a second thought &#8230; (they have spiked me in the past).<\/p>\n<p>At 5 pm I felt a bit hungry so decided to test &#8212; 160.  And re-test, 152.  My poor husband was on the phone with me at the time!<\/p>\n<p>I did 30 minutes workout on my exbike &#8230; and 40 minutes later, re-tested &#8230; at 76!
