{"id":133494,"date":"2010-01-03T23:51:20","date_gmt":"2010-01-04T04:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.genealogyblog.com\/?p=7713"},"modified":"2010-01-03T23:51:20","modified_gmt":"2010-01-04T04:51:20","slug":"state-historical-society-of-missouri-cuts-hours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/133494","title":{"rendered":"State Historical Society of Missouri Cuts Hours"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<p>Due to a 25 percent withholding in its fiscal year 2010 state appropriation, the<a href=\"http:\/\/shs.umsystem.edu\/index.shtml\"> State Historical Society of Missouri<\/a> has decreased its hours open to the public to Mondays through Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>To continue operations and implement the withholding, the society\u2019s 22 staff members have voluntarily taken a 20 percent pay reduction, and three staff positions have been eliminated.
