A network made up of thousands of kilometers of highly efficient undersea cables will be made at a cost of up to \u20ac30bn and would ensure that renewable energy being generated in different parts can be supplied anytime.<\/p>\n<p>The system would also act as a giant 30GW battery for Europe\u2019s clean energy, storing electricity when energy demand is low.
