But Dell seems to be really struggling this holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>Close to 200 customer comments on a Dell blog\u2013recounted on sites such as The Consumerist\u2013are all remarkably similar: People placed their orders, months ago in some cases, and then watched as the shipping date keeps getting pushed off.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI ordered an Inspiron 17 on NOVEMBER 28, supposedly to be delivered on Dec 14.
