ISR 07\u00ae TENSIONLESS FOR ELASTOMER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The inspection, winding tensionless machine ISR 07&#8242; TENSIONLESS, provided of axial or tangential unwinding for big rolls, it&#8217;, an excellent machine for the elastomer fabrics.<br \/>\nThe fabric gently comes situated, in the form of small folding, on a conveyor belt, that allows it to relax and particularly as it regards the elastic materials to resume its own elasticity. <\/p>\n<p>An additional conveyor belt incline \u00ae (Exclusive Patent COMATEX) accompanies the fabric, without altering its acquired stability, to the summit of the table of inspection illuminated, where possible to view and mark the defects eventually found.<\/p>\n<p>Before the end phase of winding, a special software Comatex combined to the electronic sensor of tension, it allows to maintain results of relaxation and to get rolls without residual tension.<\/p>\n<p>The machine can be provided to a system for the cut, the weighing and the measuring of the fabric; these can be connected whit a PC for recording and the print of labels or packing list.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The inspection, winding tensionless machine ISR 07&#8242; TENSIONLESS, provided of axial or tangential unwinding for big rolls, it&#8217;, an excellent machine for the elastomer fabrics.
