The news was first reported by <a href=\"http:\/\/techflash.com\/seattle\/2010\/01\/realnetworks_buys_varia_mobile.html\">TechFlash<\/a>. Varia makes content distribution and publishing software for mobile phones. The startup was founded in 2007 and already has a strategic alliance with RealNetworks.
