My BG has averaged about 100 since my diagnosis and I am on glypicide 2.5 mg twice a day. My doc said something about it might be from my body processing food\/sugar etc.(he&#8217;s a resident, nice guy), but I&#8217;ve had that smell most of today and I&#8217;ve had very little sugar.
