‘Officers are suing their police force for illnesses allegedly caused by their radios. <\/font>They

\nhas left them with a range of ailments including nausea, headaches and
\nstomach aches.<\/font><\/p>\n

Lancashire Police
\nAuthority is now seeking legal advice and speaking with its insurers
\nover compensation claims brought by officers who claim the terrestrial
\ntrunked radio (TETRA) technology is not safe. Civil claims have been
\nmade against the force and the suppliers of the \u00adcontroversial
\nequipment have since made changes to prevent \u201caudio
\nanomalies\u201d.’<\/font><\/p>\n
