However, I haven&#8217;t been doing so well with monitoring and self control.  Something just clicked (maybe the new year?) and I am serious again.  Yesterday I grocery shopped and for once wouldn&#8217;t be ashamed for forum members to see what was in my basket.  I am especially excited to start with Chef Barrae&#8217;s recipes &#8211; especially the cauli-rice.
