\nFirst it was rumored<\/a> and now it’s official. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG<\/a> has snagged the cover of Gran Turismo 5<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Just a few weeks after the official demo<\/a> hit the Playstation Network in both Europe and the U.S., Polyphony Digital has released a slew of new screen shots of the SLS tearing up the virtual track, along with the cover shot you see above and the high-def video after the jump<\/a>. There’s still no word on an official release date for the full game, but the most recent rumors say GT5 should be hitting the streets in March<\/a>. Here’s hoping…<\/p>\n
