Averaging 15+ (270+) <\/p>\n<p>Today has been the real first day and current am sitting around 7.7 (138.6) <\/p>\n<p>However i have the shakes and just feel all around weird. I know this common and expected.. <\/p>\n<p>How long can i expect this to go on for?  And is it safe?
