Im not fat or heavy in any sense of the word but i feel like i could be in a bit better shape. Now anybody could go online and find good ways to get into shape. but diabetes kinda complicates things&#8230; the working out isn&#8217;t the problem but the exercise and blood sugar aspect of it is a little intimidating. is there a good way to lose some flab and gain some muscle without constant lows and constant eating of foods that are not beneficial to gaining some muscle? any ideas or comments?<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im trying to get in shape for 2010. nothing huge.
