Kate\u2019s eight children are her top priority though, \u201cI\u2019ve got to get my kids back on track, my career back on track and my family back on track,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Kate said the kids are \u201creally struggling\u201d with their father Jon Gosselin being gone.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey start counseling in the next two weeks,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m definitely seeing signs that it\u2019s a major need at this point.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kate is looking forward to a fresh start in 2010.<\/p>\n
\u201cShort hair was easy,\u201d she tells People, in the issue out Friday. \u201cI could shower in less than three minutes.\u201d What wasn\u2019t easy was the 20 hours celeb hairstylist Ted Gibson spent giving Gosselin the blond hair extensions. With her new hair comes a new name, she jokes: \u201cIt\u2019s hyphenated. I am now Kate Clean-Slate.\u201d<\/p>\n
Yet her extreme makeover evidently doesn\u2019t include avoiding the media limelight. In Kate\u2019s world, changing your hair doesn\u2019t mean you change your approach.<\/p>\n

\nNew love: “I’m not going to rule it out… But right now it’s not my focus. Being alone at the end of every day, I’m not liking that — it’s been a long time, and I feel that loneliness. But I’m not going to go running in the direction of finding someone.”<\/p>\n
