Doc wasn&#8217;t too concerned as he knows I&#8217;ve been on Holidays  since 22nd Dec 09. My A1C went up to 5.9% from 5.6%:(  and my LDL went up from 3.7 to 4.5<br \/>\nAdmitted to Doc &#8211; that during holidays and what with the extreme hot days here in Perth &#8211; running and pumping weights has taken a back seat &#8211; but I am back at work on Monday so will resume a more &quot;normal&quot; routine than &quot;chasing sharks at the beach&quot;  Total weight loss since dx is 10kgs &#8211; so although levels are up &#8211; we will test again in April  and this time I am sure to kick butt!<\/p>\n<p>One comment doc did make &#8211; which I don&#8217;t even take seriously was &#8211; no need to be concerned &#8211; your doing great &#8211; you have good control.   I am only concerned if youe levels were 7 and greater&#8230;..HELLO?
