Meanwhile, in his own letter to the court, the Spike TV star wrote that his ex has refused to take responsibility for her finances and allegedly reckless lifestyle.<\/p>\n
“I believe that Janine should not be shown any leniency in her sentence,” he wrote at the time.<\/p>\n
As “Good Morning America” reported, the judge has now ordered both parties to see a mediator, as Janine is currently requesting joint custody.<\/p>\n
