The decision followed president&#8217;s Tsuneji Togami admission to hospital at the end of last year.<\/p>\n<p> Togami is to be replaced by the company&#8217;s current Senior Executive Officer, Hiroyuki Yanagi. The Board&#8217;s decision will take effect officially March 25, 2010.
