High c-peptide, normal glucose."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Hi everybody,<\/p>\n<p>My name is Odin , I&#8217;m 19 years old and I&#8217;m new here.<br \/>\nFirst of all I want to say I&#8217;m not diagnosed with Diabetes, but I have some rare symptoms related to it, so I thought this might be the appropriate forum.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m overweighted and went to an endocrinologist where they tested my cortisol values etc (which seemed to be normal), because the nutritionist couldn&#8217;t help me.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve found out that I have high levels of insulin and rather normal glucose values.<\/p>\n<p>1st measurement 11 am (sober)<br \/>\nGlucose : 4,6 mmol\/l (should be 4,0-6,4 mmol\/l)<br \/>\nC-Peptide: 1,10 nmol\/l (should be : 0,26-0,62 nmol\/l)<\/p>\n<p>2nd measurement 1 pm (sober)<br \/>\nGlucose: 4,7 mmol\/l<br \/>\nC-Peptide: &quot;&quot;2,40 nmol\/l&quot;&quot; (should be : 0,26-0,62 nmol\/l) !!!!<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know if this are alerting values, and why doctors didn&#8217;t say anything about it, but I suspect this can&#8217;t be normal?!<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who can help me.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks in advance<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi everybody, My name is Odin , I&#8217;m 19 years old and I&#8217;m new here.
