We met in Synaptics\u2019 temporary conference room deep inside the South Hall of the convention center. Executives at the company, a leading maker of touchscreens for mobile handsets and touchpads for notebook computers, should be in a good mood these days given the explosion in touch screen interfaces on mobile handsets and and the coming wave of tablets.
