A name change so Ordos can retain Ordos and the new municipal don&#8217;t conflict with the large Prefecture .<\/p>\n<p>2.Shenzhen<br \/>\n-No need to explain, Guangzhou can be the power house of Guangdong, Shenzhen can be a municipal<\/p>\n<p>3.Kashgar<br \/>\n-Poor area and extreme West, so making it municipal can bring the Uighur there into an urban and a better life. But of course have to make the city area smaller, maybe around 5000Km\u00b2.
