CHIP created HealthMap, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthmap.org\/en\">website<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/healthmapblog.blogspot.com\/\">blog <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthmap.org\/outbreaksnearme\/\">an iPhone app<\/a> that tracks disease outbreaks in real-time.
