(Hat tip: Richard North).<\/p>\n<p>Micklethwait draws parallels between \u201cclimate change\u201d and the Cold War<\/p>\n<p><em>Meanwhile, the AGW debate has arrived at the same position that the Cold War argument had arrived at in or around about 1970 to 1980. An informed minority of pro-economic-progress critics had won the academic argument against the pro-economic-derangement academics, and word of this victory was spreading.
