Am finding the life change very hard to cope with just now. Am in the middle of seperating from my husband of 20yrs (my choice, I need the space to sort my head out) And look after my brother who has downes and diebetes type 1. Always enjoyed life before, but just now Im at a low and struggling to cope with the life change for me.
