At dinnertime I took my usual dose of novo-rapid (20U). Soon after I didn&#8217;t feel so well so just ate some chicken. My BG dropped to 3.1. I felt shaky and had a cold sweat. I tried to raise my BGby eating fruit; juice and glucose tablets. After several hours I was up to 4.6 and felt better. I went to bed but did not take any Lantus. On Sunday I slept most of the day. Today my readings are really high Am &#8211; 8.5; pre dinner 18.1. I&#8217;ve had lows before but have never needed so much time to recover.
