Drudge ran these photos with the headline: \u201cBig Sis Wants to See Under Your Clothes.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Drudge hit the nail right on the head. It headlined a Reuters story as follows: \u201cBig Sis Wants to See Under Your Clothes.\u201d<\/a>
\nThe website put up a montage of Janet Napolitano, boss of the
\nDepartment of Homeland Security, staring at the now infamous Bild
\nphotographic recreation of a young woman rendered naked by a full body
\nscanner.<\/p>\n

Obama<\/a> and crew are determined to install these expensive and dangerous machines in airports across the nation. Napolitano said<\/a>
\n\u201cshe will travel to Spain this month to meet with her
\ninternational counterparts to seek tougher international aviation
\nsecurity measures,\u201d i.e., she will peddle full naked scanners to
\n\u201cinternational counterparts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Obama<\/a>\u2019s \u201ctwo-pronged approach Obama<\/a> outlined Thursday
\nwill have little effect on domestic airline passengers and will involve
\nmany behind-the-scenes changes aimed at keeping suspected terrorists
\noff U.S.-bound international flights,\u201d including naked body
\nscanning machines, according to USA Today<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Transportation Security Administration<\/a> (TSA) bought 150
\nscanners in September for $25 million, but none has been installed. The
\nmachines create vivid images of passengers underneath their clothing.
\nThey would improve the detection of weapons such as the explosive
\npowder a Nigerian passenger got through a metal detector in Amsterdam
\nand allegedly tried to use to detonate on Dec. 25 in an airliner over
\nDetroit, Napolitano said at a briefing after Obama<\/a> addressed the
\nnation.\u201d<\/p>\n

In fact, according to scientists<\/a>, full naked body scanners<\/a> will not detect chemicals and liquids of the sort supposedly used by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.<\/p>\n

Last week it was reported that these intrusive machines are being promoted by former DHS boss Michael Chertoff<\/a><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Chertoff should not be allowed to abuse the trust the
\npublic has placed in him as a former public servant to privately gain
\nfrom the sale of full-body scanners<\/a> under the pretense that the
\nscanners would have detected this particular type of
\nexplosive,\u2019\u2019 said Kate Hanni, founder of FlyersRights.org,
\nwhich opposes the use of the scanners.<\/p>\n

Talk about a communication breakdown. It should be obvious by now
\nthat the federal government<\/a> is a revolving door of corruption where
\nformer officials \u201cretire\u201d to work for defense contractors
\nand other corporations that do business at taxpayer expense.<\/p>\n

Mr. Chertoff is merely doing what is expected of him.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
