I&#8217;m kinda new to a lot of what is going on, but just take one day at a time. Every day seems dif. Something I can&#8217;t seem to figure out is why am I so high (275 or better) after lunch no matter what I eat. I can have as little as 10 carbs and it&#8217;s the same. Does your body absorb insulin dif. at dif, times of the day? I seem to do O.K. the rest of the day. If anyone can give any advice I would app. it.
