I present you the district of Moema, located just south of S\u00e3o Paulo’s central region, since the 1970’s it has become the middle and upper-middle class’ favorite area in the city, it is a pedestrian-friendly district, its streets are regularly laid out (checkered, or grid-patterned). <\/p>\n

It is between Paulista Avenue, the city’s financial center, and the domestic flight airport, as well as near the city’s best park, Ibirapuera – in other words, the place to live if you want quality of life. <\/p>\n
