I don&#8217;t have the paperwork in my hand from my previous cholesterol levels either, but this time:<\/p>\n<p>Chol- 198<br \/>\nTrigs- 107 (I was in the 200s before, I think)<br \/>\nHDL- 46<br \/>\nLDL- 126 (.365 ratio)<\/p>\n<p>So, still not absolutely perfect, but what an improvement! <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to all of you guys here for all of your support and assistance, it has been absolutely invaluable.
