The release will be available on CAT.com\/earnings<\/a> at about 6:30 a.m. Central Time<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The news release will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) via a Current Report on Form 8-K (Form 8-K) on the date of the release or within four business days after the release, in compliance with applicable SEC rules. <\/span><\/p>\n

Teleconference and <\/strong>w<\/strong>ebcast access:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A real-time, listen-only teleconference of the quarterly and year-end results call that Caterpillar conducts with security analysts and institutional investors will begin at 10 a.m. Central Time<\/span> on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010<\/span>.<\/p>\n
