Ra mắt Tập đo\u00e0n viễn th\u00f4ng qu\u00e2n đội

TTO – Ng\u00e0y 12-1, Tập đo\u00e0n Viễn th\u00f4ng qu\u00e2n đội (Viettel Group) ch\u00ednh thức ra mắt tại H\u00e0 Nội. Đ\u00e2y l\u00e0 tập đo\u00e0n đầu ti\u00ean của Bộ Quốc ph\u00f2ng v\u00e0 l\u00e0 Tập đo\u00e0n thứ 2 (sau VNPT) của ng\u00e0nh CNTT – Viễn th\u00f4ng Việt Nam. <\/p>\n

\u00d0ại tướng Ph\u00f9ng Quang Thanh, Bộ trưởng Quốc ph\u00f2ng dự v\u00e0 trao quyết định bổ nhiệm c\u00e1c chức danh Tổng Gi\u00e1m đốc, Ph\u00f3 Tổng Gi\u00e1m đốc, Kế to\u00e1n trưởng của Tập đo\u00e0n. <\/p>\n

Theo Quyết định số 2079\/2009\/Q\u00d0-TTg của Thủ tướng Ch\u00ednh phủ, Tập đo\u00e0n Viễn th\u00f4ng qu\u00e2n đội hoạt động theo h\u00ecnh thức c\u00f4ng ty mẹ – c\u00f4ng ty con, được th\u00e0nh lập tr\u00ean cơ sở sắp xếp, tổ chức lại Tổng c\u00f4ng ty Viễn th\u00f4ng qu\u00e2n đội v\u00e0 c\u00e1c đơn vị th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean. \u00d0\u00e2y l\u00e0 tập đo\u00e0n đầu ti\u00ean hoạt động theo m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh tập đo\u00e0n trực thuộc bộ chủ quản. <\/p>\n

Do cơ chế đặc th\u00f9 trong Qu\u00e2n đội n\u00ean Viettel Group sẽ kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 Hội đồng quản trị m\u00e0 Đảng ủy Tập đo\u00e0n sẽ thực hiện vai tr\u00f2 v\u00e0 chức năng giống như HĐQT như ở c\u00e1c tập đo\u00e0n hiện c\u00f3. Ban l\u00e3nh đạo Viettel Group gồm Tổng Gi\u00e1m đốc l\u00e0 Thiếu tướng Ho\u00e0ng Anh Xu\u00e2n v\u00e0 5 Ph\u00f3 Tổng Gi\u00e1m đốc.<\/p>\n

Tập đo\u00e0n Viễn th\u00f4ng qu\u00e2n đội l\u00e0 tập đo\u00e0n đa sở hữu, trong đ\u00f3 sở hữu nh\u00e0 nước l\u00e0 chi phối, bao gồm c\u00e1c doanh nghiệp 100% vốn nh\u00e0 nước v\u00e0 c\u00e1c doanh nghiệp đa sở hữu. Tập đo\u00e0n kinh doanh đa ng\u00e0nh nghề, trong đ\u00f3 viễn th\u00f4ng v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng nghệ th\u00f4ng tin l\u00e0 ng\u00e0nh kinh doanh ch\u00ednh. Ngo\u00e0i ra, tập đo\u00e0n c\u00f2n đầu tư nghi\u00ean cứu ph\u00e1t triển v\u00e0 sản xuất phần cứng, phần mềm thiết bị điện tử, viễn th\u00f4ng, c\u00f4ng nghệ th\u00f4ng tin v\u00e0 th\u00f4ng tin qu\u00e2n sự.<\/p>\n

Hiện Viettel Group c\u00f3 tổng vốn điều lệ l\u00ean đến 50.000 tỷ đồng, tự đặt mục ti\u00eau lọt v\u00e0o top 20 nh\u00e0 khai th\u00e1c viễn th\u00f4ng lớn nhất thế giới v\u00e0 top 10 c\u00f4ng ty đầu tư ra nước ngo\u00e0i về viễn th\u00f4ng của thế giới v\u00e0o năm 2020; doanh thu đạt 15 tỷ USD v\u00e0o năm 2015 v\u00e0 30 tỷ USD v\u00e0o năm 2020.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
