Maybe they all saw ugly December numbers &#8212; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/uh-oh-now-germany-looks-like-its-double-dipping-2010-1\">like the production data out of Germany<\/a> &#8212; showing a return to recession.
